Deep Ellum IPA presents a bright golden amber hue with excellent clarity and a SRM of 9 indicating a well-defined color. The beer displays a dense, white head with impressive retention, and brisk carbonation that creates a lively visual presentation in the glass.

◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by vibrant American hop character with prominent tropical fruit and citrus notes leading the charge. Resinous pine and subtle floral undertones create complexity, while clean malt backbone provides gentle support without obscuring the hop-forward aromatics.

◐ Geschmack

Entry offers bright grapefruit and citrus notes that develop into a balanced interplay of crisp, hoppy bitterness and subtle caramel malt sweetness. The mid-palate maintains excellent definition with persistent pine and grain character, building toward a bold but controlled bitter finish that never turns aggressive.

◑ Abgang

The finish is clean and dry with a lingering resinous bitterness that fades gracefully without harshness. A pleasant hop-derived aftertaste persists, leaving the palate refreshed rather than fatigued.
