Rainshine presents a bright golden-yellow hue with excellent clarity and a pale straw luminosity. The head forms quickly and holds with fine, delicate lacing that adheres cleanly to the glass. Carbonation is visibly brisk, with a steady stream of small bubbles rising through the clear body.

◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by fresh citrus notes—grapefruit pith and zesty Citra hop character lead immediately. Beneath this sits a subtle honeyed sweetness from the Belgian yeast, adding a gentle floral undertone without any sharp ester intensity. Clean malt provides a soft, pale backdrop that never overwhelms the aromatic profile.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens crisp and dry, with the grapefruit and citrus notes transitioning seamlessly from nose to mouth. Hop bitterness is present and assertive but never harsh, providing structure without aggression. A light, honeyed sweetness emerges mid-palate before drying further, while the clean malt foundation remains understated, allowing the citrus character to remain the focal point throughout.
