Pale straw-yellow with a hazy, opaque suspension throughout—characteristic of the NEIPA style. The head forms quickly and holds with moderate persistence, leaving a delicate lacing on the glass. Fine carbonation creates a soft, pillowy texture that reinforces the beer's approachable character.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with assertive tropical and citrus notes from the double dry-hopping, revealing layers of stone fruit, passionfruit, and light citrus zest. Underneath, gentle Malz undertones provide a soft, bready foundation that balances the hop-forward character without overwhelming the nose.

◐ Geschmack

The palate delivers immediate juicy, fruity sweetness balanced by a moderate, clean hop bitterness that sits at 50 IBU. Mid-palate develops creamy body and smooth texture, while tropical and citrus flavors persist without harshness. The finish is soft and refreshing, ending dry without astringency.

◑ Abgang

The aftertaste fades gently with lingering citrus and stone fruit notes. A light, refreshing impression remains without any rough edges or residual sweetness.
