The nose leads with bright citrus—lemon zest and grapefruit pith—supported by distinctive tropical stone fruit notes of mango and apricot. Clean, fruity ester backdrop from the yeast sits beneath without fermentation funk; soft Malz undertones provide gentle foundation without competing for attention.

◐ Geschmack

Soft, juicy entry with moderate bitterness arriving smoothly rather than aggressively. Mid-palate develops layered citrus and tropical fruit character with a silky, full-bodied mouthfeel that belies the moderate ABV. Bitterness remains balanced and integrated, finishing dry without harshness.

Medium finish with lingering citrus and subtle fruit complexity that fades gradually into a clean, refreshing aftertaste. No lingering harshness or metallic notes; the beer remains approachable and drinkable to the final sip.
