Bright golden hue with excellent transparency and fine carbonation evident throughout the glass. A dense, off-white head forms readily and maintains solid retention, leaving fine lacing on the glass as the beer is consumed. The body presents as light and inviting, with active bubbles rising steadily.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with prominent Mosaic hop character: ripe berries and citrus pith meld with resinous pine and herbal undertones. Tropical fruit notes—stone fruit and subtle melon—emerge in the mid-range, supported by a clean malt foundation that frames the hops without competing. The overall impression is fresh and punchy, with no fermentation solvent or oxidative notes.

Entry is crisp and hop-forward, with citrus zest and berry character landing immediately on the palate. Mid-palate balances tropical fruit sweetness against a building, clean bitterness that lingers without harshness. The reduced malt backbone allows the Mosaic hops to remain the focal point, finishing with a dry, piney bite and a light, refreshing mouthfeel that invites another sip.
