State of Mind presents a pale golden hue with excellent clarity and bright translucence. A white head forms readily and clings persistently to the glass, leaving delicate lacing on each sip. Fine carbonation delivers steady effervescence characteristic of a well-attenuated session ale.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with vibrant citrus notes—lemon zest and grapefruit pith dominate—layered beneath gentle tropical fruit accents of passionfruit and mango. Noble hops provide a clean, herbal backbone without aggressive floral intensity. Subtle malt sweetness underpins the composition, allowing hop character to remain in the foreground.

Entry is crisp and refreshing, with citrus flavors immediately engaging the palate. Mid-palate reveals layered tropical fruitiness balanced by a restrained bittering of 40 IBU that builds gradually without overwhelming. The body remains light and clean-finishing, never astringent, making the IPA experience accessible at sessionable strength.
