Pale straw to golden yellow, brilliantly clear with fine carbonation. The head forms quickly and clings to the glass in a delicate lace, demonstrating good foam stability. Light catches the body with a clean, inviting luminosity characteristic of well-attenuated lagers.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with soft, grainy malt—honey and light caramel notes emerge beneath. A subtle floral character threads through, suggesting both the brewing tradition and the Mediterranean origin. The hop presence is restrained and clean, allowing the malt sweetness to dominate without any harsh or vegetal character.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is smooth and full-bodied, with pronounced malt sweetness and a bready quality that carries through mid-palate. Honey and caramel flavors develop, balanced by modest bitterness (25 IBU) that prevents cloyingness. The alcohol warmth becomes perceptible but never aggressive, contributing to the overall sense of substance without harshness.
