Pale golden in color with bright clarity and moderate carbonation. The head forms quickly and persists with fine lacing down the glass, leaving a visible trail of foam that clings to the rim.

◌ Aroma

The nose is aggressive and inviting, dominated by Mosaic hop character expressing ripe tropical fruit—mango and passion fruit—alongside stone fruit notes of peach and apricot. Beneath lies a subtle piney and resinous undertone with hints of white florals, grounded by light malt sweetness.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters with bold, assertive bitterness balanced by substantial body and malt richness. Mid-palate reveals layered citrus and peach fruit character, with prominent resinous hop notes and a drying mineral quality. The full-bodied structure supports the 80 IBU without harshness, finishing with lingering pine and dry stone fruit.

The finish is long and dry, with persistent hop bitterness and resinous residue on the palate. Stone fruit and pine linger into the aftertaste, leaving the mouth clean but engaged.
