Noble hops dominate the nose with a pronounced floral and herbal snap characteristic of Saaz and similar Edelhopfen varieties. Below that, a subtle mineral undertone emerges, grounded by a clean, restrained malt foundation. The yeast works invisibly—there is no fruity ester character or oxidative note, only the precise, dry-hopped clarity expected from a lager-fermented Pilsner.

Entry is crisp and dry, with a sharp hop bite that immediately commands the palate without overwhelming it. The mid-palate reveals subtle citrus and herbal notes that support the noble-hop character, while a light malt sweetness provides balance and body. Bitterness is moderate and refined—22 IBU expressed with precision rather than punch—and fades cleanly into the finish without any astringency or rough edges.
