Free Time pours a light straw colour with a persistent haze that remains stable throughout the pour. The head builds with fine carbonation and maintains good retention, leaving delicate lacing on the glass. The cloudiness speaks to dry-hopping and natural yeast carryover rather than any sweetness or instability.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright, juicy citrus—mandarin and grapefruit dominate the opening, followed by a tropical passionfruit sweetness. Beneath these fruit notes sits a resinous pine character from the noble hop profile, grounded by a subtle cereal maltiness. The overall impression is vibrant and forward without any solvent or thin-beer roughness.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters soft and full-bodied for its strength, built on a gentle cereal malt base that prevents any harshness or thinness. Citrus and pine bitterness develop across the mid-palate with measured restraint—the 28 IBU register as balanced rather than aggressive. Juicy hop character persists without becoming cloying, supported by a light, clean fermentation character.

The finish is quick and dry, closing cleanly without residual sweetness or lingering solvent notes. Fruit character fades gracefully into a light mineral dryness, leaving the palate refreshed and ready for the next sip.
