The color holds deep and warm, suggestive of complex Malz selection and patient conditioning. Carbonation is gentle, befitting the farmhouse character.

The nose opens with prominent clove and star anise, characteristic of deliberate spice integration rather than wild fermentation. Beneath sits a soft, fruity yeast profile with dried dark fruit notes—plum and raisin—and a subtle earthy undertone that suggests time in bottle. Warming reveals additional complexity without harshness.

Entry is soft and round, with the spice elements—clove and a whisper of pepper—integrating seamlessly into the Malz backbone.
