◎ Aussehen

Pours a dark gold with orange glints that catch the light, revealing good clarity beneath. A firm white head forms and clings to the glass with solid retention, leaving distinct lacing as the beer descends. Carbonation appears lively and well-integrated.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with pronounced hop character across multiple dimensions: bright citrus notes of grapefruit and tangerine, floral accents, fresh herbal undertones, and a subtle resinous quality. Beneath the hop intensity lies a restrained Malz foundation that grounds the composition without competing for attention.

◐ Geschmack

Hop flavours dominate the palate with layered complexity—grapefruit zest and tangerine flesh in the entry, lemon peel and fresh herbs through the mid-palate, finishing with pine resin notes. The bitterness is intense and multifaceted, with varied hop compounds creating sustained but balanced drying. Malz sweetness provides just enough counterpoint to prevent harshness.

◑ Abgang

The finish is dry and lingering, with hop bitterness and resinous notes persisting on the palate. A subtle citrus zest and herbal warmth remain as the aftertaste fades gradually.

Die geschwungene Form konzentriert Hopfenaromen und hält den Schaum. Unverzichtbar für aromatische Ales und IPAs, bei denen die Nase die halbe Erfahrung ist.
