◌ Aroma

Dried bread crust and almond notes emerge in the background, creating a complex, vinous profile that recalls aged white wine more than conventional beer.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is smooth and full-bodied despite moderate strength, with pronounced honey character balanced by brisk acidity and subtle tartness from the grape pomace. Mid-palate develops roasted malt depth and dry oak influence, while a thread of funky complexity weaves through, keeping the palate engaged. Bitterness remains restrained (15 IBU), allowing the wine-like tannins to define the structure.

◑ Abgang

The finish is prolonged and dry, with lingering notes of toasted bread and marzipan that dissolve slowly. A persistent nerviness from the acidity and residual grape tannins carries through to the aftertaste.
