Royal Haze pours a luminous cloudy gold, with suspended haze held in suspension by low-flocculating English yeast. The head is modest but persistent, showing fine retention and gentle lacing at the glass. Carbonation appears moderate and well-integrated, contributing to the soft, pillowy presentation.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with tropical stone fruit—ripe mango and juicy peach—followed by bright grapefruit and a subtle melon undertone that adds depth. Pale Malz and wheat provide a soft, bready backdrop without dominating, while low-flocculating yeast contributes fruity esters that echo the hop character. The overall impression is aromatic without aggression, balancing fruit and grain.

The palate enters soft and rounded, with rolled oats and wheat building a creamy, full-bodied mouthfeel that carries hop aroma rather than bitterness. Tropical and citrus notes from the hops integrate seamlessly with subtle melon and stone fruit, while the 15 IBU bitterness remains restrained and never harsh. Mid-palate sweetness from pale Malz and oats provides balance without cloying.

The finish is juicy and lingering, with tropical fruit notes persisting on the palate. Dryness is minimal, allowing the fruity character to fade gradually into a clean, refreshing aftertaste.
