The nose opens with rounded roasted grain and subtle cocoa powder, underpinned by a gentle spice from noble hops. There is no harshness or char; instead, a soft maltiness carries hints of caramel and dark bread crust that invite further exploration.

Entry is smooth and lightly malty, with roasted notes that develop into dark chocolate and a whisper of espresso on the mid-palate. Bitterness remains restrained at 25 IBU, allowing the clean, grain-forward character to dominate without astringency. The body is lean yet full enough to carry the malt profile.
