Formed in 2006 by Petra Wetzel, originally from Bavaria. The only brewery in the UK to produce all its lagers and wheat beers in accordance with the Reinheitsgebot, the German Purity Law of 1516. Based in the spectacular Victorian Templeton Building on Glasgow Green. In 2016 opened a new £5 million brewery with 2.5 million litres/year capacity. St Mungo Lager found at over 3,000 outlets across the UK.
