◎ Appearance

Pale golden hue with excellent clarity and bright luminosity typical of the pilsner style. A fine, persistent head forms with good retention and delicate lacing around the glass. Carbonation is visible and well-integrated, creating a lively visual presence.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with clean, crisp Edelhopfen character, displaying herbal and slightly floral notes. A light, grainy malz base provides subtle sweetness without heaviness, allowing the hop aromatics to remain in focus. The overall impression is fresh and straightforward, with no yeast-derived esters or sulfurous notes.

◐ Taste

Entry is light and refreshing on the palate with a clean malt foundation providing restrained sweetness. Mid-palate develops a distinct hoppy bitterness that is dry and assertive without harshness, characteristic of traditional pilsner bitterness. The finish drives toward a pronounced dryness with lingering hop bite that rewards the palate.

◑ Finish

The finish is dry and medium in length, with hoppy notes persisting pleasantly into the aftertaste. Bitterness recedes gradually, leaving behind a clean, quenching sensation.

Serve well-chilled at 4–6°C for maximum crispness. A pilsner served too warm loses its defining snap.
