'Rubiu' means RED in Sardinian, representing strength, energy, and joy; the logo is a pink flamingo (sa genti arrubia: the red-winged people), native to Sardinia's lagoons. Six permanent beers all named after places and features of the Sulcis Iglesiente, produced at 12,000 litres/year in 0.75L bottles. Slow Food Fusto award for consistent quality; Birra d'Italia 2011 1st place and Slow Food Birra Imperdibile 2021 for Flavia.
