All beers are unfiltered, unpasteurized, and contain no additives. Uses French Barberouge, NZ Nelson Sauvin, Cascade, and Chinook hops. Known for experimentation: IPAs, stouts, grape beers fermented with wine yeasts, spontaneous fermentation, and barrel-aged releases. Widely regarded as one of France's top craft breweries.
