Named after the founders' home village of Pietraserena, the brewery created the world's first chestnut beer, using Corsican chestnut flour as a key ingredient. Now producing 25,000 hectoliters per year, Pietra is the benchmark for Corsican beer and a multiple World Beer Awards winner. Also produces Colomba, infused with Corsican maquis herbs.
