Named after the initial C of Curtius — the 17th-century Liège merchant Jean Curtius — the brewery combines a production facility, restaurant (Resto {C}), taproom, and brewshop in one space. Known for the iconic Curtius range and an adventurous SMASH series using single malts and single hops.
