◎ Appearance

Bright golden hue with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head that builds quickly in the glass. The foam displays good adhesion to the glass walls, leaving distinct lacing as the beer is consumed. High carbonation evident in steady streams of fine bubbles rising through the clear body.

◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by tropical stone fruits and citrus zest, with prominent mango and grapefruit aromatics leading the way. Noble hop character shows through clearly without any harsh or grassy notes, while the malt base remains appropriately quiet, allowing the hop expression to occupy center stage. A touch of clean fermentation character adds vibrancy without muddying the fruit-forward profile.

◐ Taste

Entry is crisp and juicy, with tropical fruit flavors establishing themselves immediately on the palate. The mid-palate maintains brightness throughout, the 60 IBU bitterness arriving as a supportive frame rather than a dominating force, allowing the hop's fruity character to remain in the foreground. The finish is dry and clean, with a light malt sweetness providing just enough body to balance the assertive bitterness without heaviness.

◑ Finish

The aftertaste is clean and relatively short, with lingering citrus notes fading gracefully into a dry, slightly bitter trace. No cloying sweetness or harsh astringency remains—the beer finishes as it began, bright and refreshing.

Serve well-chilled. Session IPAs are at their best cold — the lower ABV means less warmth to balance the hops.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
