◎ Appearance

Pale golden hue with bright clarity and fine carbonation visible throughout. A modest white head forms on the pour with steady retention and delicate lacing down the glass. The beer presents a clean, inviting visual profile characteristic of well-crafted European lagers.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with soft, grainy malt notes and a subtle bready character that speaks to traditional Tyrolean brewing. Low hop presence—refined and restrained—allows the malt-forward character to emerge without aggressive floral or herbal intrusion. A clean fermentation profile dominates, with no fruit esters or phenolic notes.

◐ Taste

Entry is soft and approachable, with malt sweetness providing the foundation without cloying sensation. The palate develops a light bready character and maintains crisp balance throughout; the modest 18 IBU gives a gentle, almost whispered bitterness in the mid-palate rather than assertive hop flavor. Finish is dry and smooth, leaving clean mineral notes on the tongue.

The finish is short to medium, dry and refreshing without lingering astringency. A faint mineral afterglow accompanies the fade, leaving the palate clean and inviting another sip.
