◎ Appearance

Pale golden hue with excellent clarity and lively carbonation throughout. A dense, creamy head forms on the pour and maintains steady lacing down the glass, demonstrating the beer's structure and conditioning.

◌ Aroma

Resinous pine and citrus notes dominate the nose, characteristic of the Cascade, Centennial, and Citra Lupomax hop blend. The Chinook contributes depth to the pine character, while the pale and Munich malts provide a subtle biscuit undertone that grounds the aromatic profile without competing.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with focused hop bitterness at 45 IBU, delivering a firm but balanced bite that avoids harshness. Mid-palate reveals the citrus and resinous qualities promised on the nose, layered over a light bready note from the wheat malt. The dry finish prevents any sweetness from lingering, keeping the 6% ABV body lean and refreshing.

◑ Finish

A dry, crisp finish with lingering pine and citrus notes that fade gradually. The aftertaste remains clean and hoppy without residual malt sweetness or astringency.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.
