The nose opens with prominent dark chocolate and roasted malt complexity, layered with coffee and subtle molasses sweetness. Dark fruit esters emerge alongside hints of black licorice, creating a sophisticated and inviting aromatic profile. The alcohol warmth is restrained, adding depth without overpowering the malt-forward character.

◐ Taste

The palate delivers rich dark chocolate and roasted malt flavors with balanced coffee notes and subtle molasses sweetness. Mid-palate reveals dried fruit complexity and black licorice undertones, while the 40 IBU bitterness provides elegant restraint and structure. The smooth mouthfeel coats the tongue with warming alcohol that enhances rather than dominates.
