Kupfer Bock
Kupfer Bock smells of lightly roasted caramel, dried plums and ripe blueberries; on the palate come chocolate and a pinch of chili, later Turkish honey, nuts and dark chocolate. A delicate bitterness from dark malt and aromatic hops lingers, carried by a creamy body and fine carbonation. Dark brown with copper highlights, 6.4 % ABV from 16 °P wort; the same Bock is also matured in three different casks as Das große Drei mal Eins.
