Kupfer Spezial
Chestnut-brown and brilliantly clear, Kupfer Spezial opens with nuts, roast and dried plums, then a hint of milk chocolate and oven-warm lye pastry. The palate is full, soft and round, almost creamy, over fine carbonation, and the finish turns to dates and chocolate. The name goes back to a mistake while kilning malt in 1975 and the copper roof fitted to the maltings chimney the following year. 5.5 % ABV, 13 °P.

What is a Lager?
Euro Pale Lagers are clean, refreshing lagers with 4–5.5% ABV and IBU 10–25. Soft malt sweetness, light hop bitterness and high carbonation make them supremely drinkable.
Finding a similar Lager
hopIQ matches by flavor profile — not just style label. A beer with the same nutty, creamy, roasted character as Kupfer Spezial will score highly even if brewed in a different country or under a different sub-style name.
