Wildshut Sommerliebe
Sommerliebe is a seasonal beer from Stiegl-Gut Wildshut in St. Pantaleon. The estate brews in Austria’s first all-timber brewery, built with the wood-building method of Erwin Thoma, which needs neither glue nor metal connections. The timber is moon wood, felled in winter during the waning moon, which makes it denser, so fewer pests get in. The brewing plant moved here from Salzburg in 2012.
