It Was the Yeast All Along
It Was the Yeast All Along is a triple New England IPA from White Dog, 10% ABV at 15 IBU and quadruple dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin. The brewery expected a lot of white grapes from that hop, but fresh from the brewery the beer gave a lot of fresh, ripe strawberry instead. White Dog is a contract brewery from Dordrecht, founded by Ricky Maertzendorff and his Westie, and its beers are brewed at partner breweries rather than at a site of its own.
