IPA Zero

Tap to rate

An orange, top-fermented alcohol-free IPA, declared at under 0.5 % ABV. It is fermented with a special yeast strain that converts only a fraction of the malt sugar, which leaves a marked residual sweetness. Weyermann tempers it with acidulated malt and sour wort and balances it with three additions of Columbus and Centennial, in the kettle, in the whirlpool and during lagering. The result is slim with a dry finish and lightly resinous hop notes of pine, grapefruit and pepper.
