◎ Appearance

Pale golden-yellow with fine, persistent carbonation rising steadily in the glass. The head is dense and creamy, built by active yeast in suspension, leaving delicate lacing as it settles. Light haze from the unfiltered yeast character is characteristic of the style and adds visual warmth.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with soft wheat malt and a pronounced banana ester, gentle and sweet rather than artificial. Supporting notes of clove and subtle fruity esters weave through, typical of the Hefeweizen phenolic profile. A light herbal whisper from the whole-cone Bavarian hops grounds the bouquet without dominance.

Serve at 5–8°C

Slightly warmer than a lager — 8–12°C allows the banana and clove esters from the yeast to fully develop.

Weizen glass

Tall and narrow at the base, flaring at the top — designed to hold the abundant foam of a wheat beer while showcasing its hazy golden body.

Best fresh. The yeast-driven banana and clove character fades over time. Drink within 4 months.
