Waldhaus Ohne Filter Alkoholfrei

Germany·Alcohol-Free Lager
Tap to rate

Little bitterness and a slim body: this alcohol-free, unfiltered beer is fermented with a yeast newly bred at the Weihenstephan research centre, so nothing has to be taken out afterwards and the natural taste stays intact. It stays below 0.5% ABV and is brewed with whole natural hop cones from Tettnang, Spalt and the Hallertau and water from five Black Forest springs.

Mid-palate delivers a measured bitterness (22 IBU) that integrates smoothly rather than asserting itself, supported by dry grain character. The body remains slim and refreshing throughout, never cloying, with the natural malt sweetness carefully balanced against herbal hop finish.
