Bright citric acidity dominates the nose, with subtle green apple and white wine notes. Minimal malt presence allows the fermentation character to shine, revealing hints of white stone fruit and gentle herbaceous undertones from restrained noble hops.

The palate opens with immediate tartness that frames a delicate sweetness, creating pleasant tension. Mid-palate develops crisp acidity balanced by gentle residual fruit sugars, while the low 10 IBU bitter charge remains nearly imperceptible. Clean fermentation and light body allow the sour character to express itself without harshness.
