Deep mahogany brown under bright light, with excellent clarity revealing the beer's clarity and depth. A generous head of cream-coloured foam settles to a thin collar, displaying steady lacing on the glass walls that marks each sip's passage.

◌ Aroma

Hazelnut and roasted chocolate dominate from the first nosing, accompanied by warm cocoa powder and toasted cereal notes. Toffee and subtle coffee undertones emerge with time in the glass, building a complex and layered bouquet that draws inspiration from both the toasted hazelnut adjunct and the pale chocolate malts in the grain bill.

The palate opens with nutty, roasted character that carries through mid-sip with toffee cake sweetness and hints of coffee complexity. Chocolate malt provides a smooth, malty foundation without sharp edges, while the toasted hazelnuts add textural richness and a gentle, lingering bitterness.
