Sir Veillance
A hazy pale ale brewed in Scotland with the Australian hops Galaxy and Enigma, on pilsner malt, flaked oats and torrefied wheat. Juicy passionfruit and ripe peach lead the nose, layered with red berry, white grape and subtle tropical notes. The body is soft and rounded, with a smooth, slightly sweet malt base and a gentle creaminess from the oats; hop character dominates while bitterness stays low. The finish is silky and lightly sweet. First released in spring 2026.
