Raisu
The name means rice in Japanese, and the beer is the brewery's take on the Japanese rice lager: pilsner malt, milled rice and wheat, with hops the brewery only calls traditional. It is made to be very clean, very dry and crisp. The aroma is lightly floral with fresh bread; the palate is light-bodied with a gentle citrus and malt character, and the finish is clear. Drinkers call it very pale, with an ending that recalls a pilsner. It joined the range in 2025.
