◎ Appearance

A clear copper body occupies the middle ground of the Czech amber spectrum, neither pale nor deep. The head forms with modest density and clings with fair persistence, leaving delicate lacing on the glass. Carbonation appears moderate and even throughout.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with pronounced biscuit and toast notes from the Malz, layered with a honeyed sweetness that carries gently. Saazer hops bring a spicy, herbal character with a subtle floral suggestion, neither aggressive nor shy—a classic noble-hop profile that complements rather than dominates the malt base.

◐ Taste

Entry reveals a solidly malty foundation—biscuit and toast in the foreground, honey running underneath. The mid-palate sustains this balance as Saaz hops arrive with their spicy, herbal thrust and a light herbal dryness. Bitterness is present and structured but never sharp, finishing more dry than sweet.

◑ Finish

The finish is clean and moderately dry, with the honey gradually receding as hop spice and herb hold sway into the aftertaste. Length is measured and satisfying—neither lingering heavily nor fading too quickly.

Serve at 4–7°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.
