Simple Things NZ Pale
A sessionable pale ale built on three New Zealand hop varieties. Sweet, ripe grapefruit and a touch of dankness come first on the nose. Layers of pineapple, peach, mandarin orange and gooseberry follow on the palate. Light and spritzy in body and hazy in the glass, with extra pale malt, oats and wheat keeping the base soft and unobtrusive. Bitterness is low, so the fruit carries the beer through to a crisp, thirst-quenching finish. Naturally carbonated by refermentation.
