Steiner Almbier
A fine floral hop note and a slim body: Steiner Almbier is a mild, pale lager made for the walk to a mountain pasture in the Chiemgau. Brewed bottom-fermented in the traditional way, it stays light at just 3.5% ABV and 12 IBU. The castle brewery in Stein an der Traun added it as a new beer; brewing on its grounds goes back to 1489.
