◎ Appearance

Nearly colorless, with a pale straw hue that catches the light with crystalline clarity. The head forms quickly but settles to a thin, delicate foam that offers modest lacing. Carbonation is evident and lively, creating fine streams of bubbles that rise steadily through the glass.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with the distinctive spicy, herbal character of Saaz hops—a whisper of black pepper and dried herbs mingles with subtle floral notes. Beneath this sits a clean, understated malt foundation that reads as plain cracker and light grain, with no fruit esters or warm fermentation notes to distract.

◐ Taste

Entry is delicate and crisp, with the malt presenting as simple cracker and cereal sweetness. The Saaz hop character emerges mid-palate with its characteristic spicy lift and a touch of herbal complexity. Bitterness remains restrained at 15 IBU, allowing the clean, dry finish to dominate without any lingering harshness.

The finish is short and clean, with no aftertaste clinging to the palate. A refreshing dryness lingers briefly before dissipating completely, leaving the mouth ready for the next sip.
