The nose opens with the distinctive spicy, herbal character of Saaz hops—a whisper of black pepper and dried herbs mingles with subtle floral notes. Beneath this sits a clean, understated malt foundation that reads as plain cracker and light grain, with no fruit esters or warm fermentation notes to distract.

Entry is delicate and crisp, with the malt presenting as simple cracker and cereal sweetness.
