🌍 Canada · Light Lager · One of 24 Light Lagers in hopIQ

Very pale and light-bodied, brewed for the Mariposa Folk Festival from nothing but Canadian pale 2-row and Czech Saaz. The malt reads as plain cracker and light grain; Saaz adds a spicy, faintly floral lift. Fermented with a pilsner yeast, it stays clean and free of fruit esters. Low bitterness, thin body, and a short, crisp finish.
