◎ Appearance

A pale golden brew with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head that clings to the glass with visible lacing. The beer displays vibrant carbonation throughout, with a steady stream of small bubbles rising from the bottom—characteristic of a well-conditioned Saison. The light straw color reflects the ale's focus on hop and yeast character rather than malt depth.

◌ Aroma

The nose is immediately dominated by Citra hop character—bright citrus pith, orange zest, and grapefruit notes leap from the glass. Behind the hops lies a delicate spicy phenolic quality from the Saison yeast, with hints of white pepper and clove. A subtle herbal and floral undertone adds complexity without overshadowing the bold American hop profile.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with a crisp, dry attack that emphasizes the citrus and hop bitterness without harshness; the 28 IBUs provide structure without dominating. Mid-palate reveals stone fruit and subtle tropical notes from the Citra variety, balanced by a light, slightly peppery yeast character. The finish is clean and refreshing, with the moderate alcohol (7.2%) remaining well-integrated and unobtrusive.

◑ Finish

A short to medium finish leaves the palate refreshed and inviting another sip rather than lingering heavily. The aftertaste is pleasantly dry with a faint citrus fade and a whisper of yeast spice that fades quickly.

Serve at 8–12°C. Saison is refreshing but complex — cold works, but slightly warmer shows its farmhouse character.
