A pale golden hue with pronounced haze throughout, characteristic of an unfiltered lagerbier fresh from the tank. The dense, creamy head forms readily and clings persistently to the glass with fine lacing. Moderate carbonation creates a gently active surface, lending the beer a fresh, inviting presence.

Noble hop character leads, with herbal and slightly spicy notes from the Žatec whole cones. A soft, grainy malt backbone emerges beneath, accompanied by gentle yeast-derived esters that add earthiness without aggressive fruitiness. The nose remains clean and focused, with no off-aromas; the unfiltered yeast suspension contributes a subtle bread-like complexity.

The palate opens smooth and full-bodied for its modest strength, with a balanced interplay of soft Malz character and restrained, refined hop bitterness. Mid-palate remains clean and crisp, driven by the gentle carbonation and a faint herbal hop finish. The 25 IBU sits comfortably in the background, never harsh, allowing the malt sweetness and yeast complexity to define the beer's character throughout.
