Pivovar Rychtář
Rychtář is brewed in Hlinsko, where the brewery opened in 1913 and sold its first beer on 12 December of that year. It was the last brewery built in Bohemia until Nošovice and Most followed in 1971. Brewing stays traditional: two-decoction mashing, open fermenters, lagering tanks and whole-cone Žatec hops, which few Czech breweries still use. A water treatment plant of its own has run since 2008. The brewery belongs to the Pivovary Lobkowicz Group.
