Prophetmaker presents a clear golden-straw hue with excellent transparency and brightness. A white, dense head forms on the pour and demonstrates persistent lacing down the glass, indicating good head retention and carbonation. The visual presentation is clean and inviting, characteristic of a well-executed pale ale.

◌ Aroma

The nose announces itself with intensity typical of double dry-hopping, leading with vibrant tropical fruit notes—mango and stone fruit—layered with sharp citrus zest and fresh grapefruit peel. A resinous pine character threads through the bouquet, grounded by subtle floral and herbal undertones that prevent the hop character from becoming one-dimensional. The malt baseline is restrained, allowing the hop aromatics full expression.

◐ Taste

Entry brings a crisp, juicy palate with peach and stone fruit flavors from the dry-hop blend, followed by grapefruit bitterness that builds gradually. The body is light to medium, never heavy or fullbodied, with a clean malted backbone that provides just enough sweetness to balance the assertive hop bitterness without masking it. Bitterness levels around 35 IBU remain restrained yet present, finishing dry.

◑ Finish

The finish dries quickly with a lingering herbal and floral aftertaste that extends the drinking experience without harshness. Bitterness recedes gradually, leaving a refreshing, thirst-quenching sensation that invites another sip.

Cold enough to sharpen the hop aroma without numbing the palate. Around 7–9°C keeps the citrus and pine vivid without losing bitterness definition.
