InFUZE IPA 12

Tap to rate

A top-fermented, cold-hopped Session IPA that is light and refreshing, with a citrus aroma. It is brewed at 12° original gravity in FUZE's glass brewhouse in the Masaryčka building in Prague and stays unfiltered and unpasteurised. A dual-circuit cooling system keeps the temperature steady: ice-cold water chills the wort, while glycol circulating in a second circuit cools the beer tanks.

◐ Taste

Entry is crisp and dry, with a light malt sweetness providing balance rather than substance. The mid-palate develops a pronounced but measured bitterness—40 IBUs deliver hop bite without aggression—alongside persistent citrus flavors that echo the aroma. The body remains thin and clean, emphasizing refreshment over fullness.

◑ Finish

The finish is clean and quick, with the bitterness fading to a dry, slightly grassy aftertaste. No lingering sweetness or phenolic notes intrude; instead, the beer leaves the palate refreshed and ready for the next sip.

Serve well-chilled. Session IPAs are at their best cold — the lower ABV means less warmth to balance the hops.

Tulip glass

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.

Drink fresh. Session IPAs are brewed to be consumed young — the hops are at their best now.
