Pirate Life Pale Ale
One of the three beers the brewery opened with in 2015, and still the most old-school of them. The hops lean dank rather than bright, with pine forest floor and grapefruit peel alongside plain citrus, set against prominent stewed caramel malt that gives the palate a creamy lushness. A herbal note runs underneath, and the close is a hearty, lingering bitterness. Darker in the glass than the name suggests, closer to deep amber.

AI-generated sensory profile for Pirate Life Pale Ale
Cold enough to sharpen the hop aroma without numbing the palate. Around 7–9°C keeps the citrus and pine vivid without losing bitterness definition.
The classic — versatile, comfortable to hold and keeps the beer cool. No frills, no distractions: just the beer.
Drink fresh — hop aroma fades fast. Best within 3 months of canning or bottling.
