Mosaic, Centennial, Simcoe and Columbus are piled onto a base of ale malt, Maris Otter, carapils and wheat. Nose and palate are both awash with citrus and tropical fruit, and the malt sweetness shows through clearly enough to keep a very high bitterness from shredding anything. Full-bodied and warming.
