Camba Imperial IPA

◎ Appearance

Deep golden hue with a warm amber undertone, unfiltered and purposefully hazy from suspended yeast and grain particles. The dense foam head builds quickly and clings persistently to the glass, leaving distinct lacing on each sip. Carbonation is lively and visible, creating a dynamic visual presence throughout.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus—lemon zest and grapefruit rind—layered over dense pine and resin from noble hop varieties. Underneath runs a warm tropical fruit character: mango and passion fruit emerge distinctly. A solid Malz base anchors the profile without obscuring the hop-forward aromatics.

◐ Taste

Entry is full and malty, with caramel sweetness that immediately gives way to assertive hop bitterness—clean and dry, never harsh. Mid-palate develops tropical stone fruit alongside persistent resinous pine; the substantial grain backbone prevents the beer from becoming one-dimensional. Bitterness stretches across the entire palate with precision, building rather than fading.

◑ Finish

Long and lingering, with dry resin clinging to the back of the palate and inside the cheeks. Bitterness holds steady without turning metallic, fading slowly into a subtle malt sweetness that never fully returns.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
