◎ Appearance

Pale yellow with bright clarity and a fine, delicate white head that settles into a thin lace along the glass. Carbonation is lively and sustained, creating a persistent stream of fine bubbles that maintains the beer's visual liveliness throughout the pour. The champagne-format presentation emphasizes the beer's effervescence and pale, luminous character.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with buoyant Belgian yeast character—earthy, slightly phenolic notes that ground the beer's top notes. Coriander and dried orange peel emerge clearly, layered with subtle wheat grain undertones and a whisper of herbal spice. The overall impression is fresh and aromatic without overwhelming intensity, inviting continued exploration.

◐ Taste

Entry is light and crisp, with soft wheat malt sweetness balanced by the characteristic spice and citrus notes. The mid-palate remains delicate and refreshing, allowing the coriander and orange character to unfold without heaviness. Bitterness is restrained (15 IBU), finishing clean with only a gentle herbal-spice lingering edge.

Soft and clean, with a short to medium finish that fades gracefully without astringency. A faint orange peel note persists briefly, leaving the palate refreshed and ready for the next sip.
