Le Terroir

Tap to rate

A foeder-aged, dry-hopped American sour in which juicy peach and tropical fruit hop accents meet the character of the brewery's oak cellar. The hops are Galaxy and Alora, and the dry-hopping uses new, fruit-forward varieties each year. Le Terroir is French for "of the earth", a nod to the Foeder Forest, where beer has been soured for over 20 years. Bronze at the 2008 World Beer Cup.
